• Account information: Your email address and password when you create an account.
• Subscription information: Billing and subscription data processed through Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
• Robinhood account number: If you are an Agentic subscriber and choose to connect your Robinhood account, we store your account number to associate automated trading activity with your account.
• Strategy data: Trading strategies you build or subscribe to within the platform.
• AI analysis history: When you run an AI analysis on a symbol, the result including summary, signals, and technical indicators is stored in your account for your reference.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions with signals and strategies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve AlgoIV and its features
• Process your subscription and manage your account
• Generate and deliver AI-powered trading signals
• Execute autonomous trades on your Robinhood account (Agentic subscribers only, and only with your explicit authorization)
• Send you service-related notifications and updates
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve our services
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Robinhood Account Access

For Agentic subscribers, AlgoIV interacts with the Robinhood Agentic API using your account number and Robinhood's official agentic-enabled credentials. We want to be clear:

• Your funds remain in your Robinhood account at all times
• We do not have access to transfer funds out of your account
• We only place buy and sell orders within Robinhood as directed by the AI strategy
• You can disconnect your account or cancel your subscription at any time
• We store your Robinhood account number in our Supabase database, which is encrypted at rest

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (subscription billing), and Groq (AI signal generation and analysis processing) to provide our services.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Trade signal logs, AI analysis history, and P&L history are retained for up to 12 months.

You may delete your account at any time from your Account Settings page. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, AI analysis history, and strategy subscriptions. You must cancel any active subscription before deleting your account. You may also contact us at the address below to request data deletion.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and secure key management. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data

Past performance of signals or strategies is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
