Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AlgoIV, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

AlgoIV provides AI-generated trading signals and, for Agentic subscribers, autonomous trade execution on Robinhood brokerage accounts. The service includes:

• Signals Plan: Access to AI-generated trading signals for equities, options, and futures.
• Agentic Plan: All Signals features plus the ability to connect a Robinhood account for autonomous trade execution.

3. Not Financial Advice

AlgoIV is a technology platform, not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading signals and automated execution are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their outcomes.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. You acknowledge that: (a) you may lose some or all of your invested capital; (b) past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results; (c) autonomous trading systems can malfunction or produce unexpected results; (d) you assume all risks associated with use of the service.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Robinhood Account Access (Agentic)

If you connect a Robinhood account, you grant AlgoIV permission to place buy and sell orders on your behalf using your Robinhood Agentic credentials. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your account in the dashboard. We are not responsible for trades executed due to signal errors, system downtime, or market conditions.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its signals
• Use the service for market manipulation or any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the platform
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ineffable Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. AI Analysis Data

When you run an AI analysis on a symbol, the result (including the AI-generated summary, trade signals, and technical indicators) is stored in your account history for your convenience. This data is visible only to you and is retained for up to 12 months. You may delete this data by deleting your account.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data including analysis history and strategy subscriptions. You must cancel any active subscription before deleting your account. Refunds for unused subscription time are not provided.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
